is there such thing as a cheap strut bar that performs?

im looking for upper front and rear

Try looking got a stock Integra grs front bar should be able to find one for $30 shipped.

Yes i have one on my 93 si. You may have to drill holes for it if your car isn't predrilled from the factory.
