Turbo is the chepest way to get power. Your internals can handle 160 easy.

there's no such thing as cheap hp, unless you want 3 or 4. But other than that......................<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by stock_honda_coupe &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Turbo is the chepest way to get power. A Bisimoto cam and high compression pistons are a great choice, but in the grand scheme of things, they won't be too cheap.

Yeah you can, it's called a V8 build.

They're just not exactly what I'd like to call "economical."

And there's no use going above a stage I cam unless you do have the high comp pistons as it'll probably create cam overlay and without high comp pistons to support them your compression will drop and you'll be owned.

As others have said, your best bet is turbo on stock internals.

I think that's an excellent choice too.

Turbo on stock internals sounds good for cheap HP. You can put together a decent kit for a pretty good price hey?

Yeah, using name brand parts you can throw one together for a D series for around 1500 (tuned).

It'll hold fine if you do it right. I wouldn't go much over 75 on stock D internals though.

Nitrous is BY FAR the cheapest way to get the MOST HP out of your car. Only downside is as you probably figured out it's "temporary" - not "full time" power.

EDIT:
Ah ****, somebody's gonna say it, might as well be me...

Don't go much over 75 on stock ints, if you use a 100 shot you'll be lucky if you don't blow the welds on the intake...
