Default cheap ebay header o2 sensor ?

Hello everyone, I just purchased a cheap eBay header for my 97 civic cx hatch. I was just wondering since both o2 sensors go on the header for the secondary o2 sensor, do I need to get an o2 simulator or should I just get the 2nd o2 sensor installed in the exhaust after the cat?
