For starters, what do you currently drive, and why do you want the D15?

Well, if you're really into going with the underdog, stick with what you've got. The only thing worse is the D15B8 from the CX hatches.

Throw an EX intake manifold on it and boost it.

edit:
If you must have VTEC, just slap a Y8 head on it.

I had a CX hatch I beat around town in. 52mpg for the win! 8 valves forever!

i just might go for the y8, but there so damn hard to find, but my car has 220k + miles on it, i figure if i gotta do the swap, i might as well go for good swap, i'm a fan of underdog engines but with limits, and i am a fan of v-tec, so i also need cheap, cause marriage is also on the way, and that aint cheap (i know i know, dont do it) thanx in advanced....

Find another Y8. It drops right in. The D15b isn't worth the hassle.
