Default Chassis harness swapping

Okay, my 93 CX hatch doesn't have a 4 wire o2. My 92 CX hatch does....makes no sense to me. Would it be difficult to swap the wiring harness from the body of one to the other?

you could do that, but It will be much eaiser to run the wires for the o2 to the ecu.
