I have a Chasebays tuck harness for a 92-95 civic and want to know if I can use it in my 98 civic. I contacted rywire because I heard they make chassis sub-harness specifically for this and they said they do. but not for the Chasebays because they do not know how they are made. Chasebays or rywire the ecu pin outs should be the same. correct?

why did you contact rywire and not chase?

Because when I searched I got didn't. See anything about them making a chassis adapter. I only saw people saying rywire does.
And they do. But they said its on for their harness. But the Ecu pin outs should be the same regardless of manufacturer?

So you didn't CALL Chasebays?
What you're asking is similar to a Honda owner going to a Ford dealership asking for parts compatibility. They're both cars right so it should work?

Sell it and buy a rywire one.
