to drain it theres a little plug below the the plug where you fill it up at... a 3/8 ratchet fits right into it.. the plug to fill it is above it and i think you need a 17mm to take it off

yep thats the one in the link i posted, some people use the speed sensor hole but if you have a funnel with a flexible hose it is dead easy to fill it using the fill hole, you'll need to use it anyway as you need to top it up until it comes out..

yep the easiest way is threw the VSS and use a flex hose to fill untill the MTF spills out the filler hole hope this helps.

What weight oil should I use in the transmission? I have a 1992 Si with the stock motor. I also just swapped axles and lost a bit of fluid.

I just went to my deal and they told me to use just regular motor oil, 10-40 I believe.

What is MTF, does the dealer sell it?

change your fluid by taking out the speed sensor and funneling it in. I believe there are threads on it. just search.

if you have automatic... get automatic tranny fluid... if you have a stick...get manual fluid...otherwise...it will be kinda fucked up...

my service manual says 1.8 for tranny oil change. 1.9 for overhaul. but i'm just being picky, 2 qts is fine. if anything, if fluid is coming back out of the fill hole.... then the tranny level is topped off.

GM synchromesh is the ****, Honda MTF is really good. Motor oil is a temporary solution. Not good for long term use!
