changing shocks
i am changing my strut/shocks this weekends and wondering if there are any how to's for honda civic's. i found one that was done on a ITR in search, does that How to apply to civic's as well? https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1106020

Not shocks.. but pretty much the same thing, you just have to put the shock and the spring together.

I didn't need one. I just used normal ratchets and it worked out fine for me.

Yes, it will make the job much easier. I would recommend spraying some on the bolts the night before to let it sit and then spray some more before you start. It's not worth stripping the head off the bolt to your rear lower control arm just because you didn't want to spend a couple bucks on some PB blaster.

I've definately mangled the bolts (broken them, snapped in half, sheared inside the subframe, etc.) because of mileage and a lack of proper preparation. PB blast it and have air on hand
