They seem a bit high, but regardless, I would not recommend trying to mask an oil consumption problem by switching to a higher viscosity oil.

That would be a good place to start.

However, consuming one quart between oil changes is not necessarily cause for concern.

I imagine most of your oil burning is happening while the engine is warm, and while it's warm 5w30, 10w30, and Xw30 all have the same viscosity at warm temperatures.

I would guess if you used 5w30, your oil pressure would be near where it should be. My B16 builds 50psi at 2000rpm and 70ish at 3000 with Mobil1, which is pretty decent.

1/2 a quart isn't too bad, most B engines smoke in VTEC because of oil coking in the oil control rings, but valve seals are a source as well.

Spec is 10psi at idle, 50psi at 3000rpm

Just for reference, my pressure:

HOT idle 600rpm: 16psi
2000rpm: 50psi
3000rpm: 75ish
3500-8200:80-91psi

I don't use anything but Mobil1, but after this car I'm gonna consider using something else, I don't like the smoke.
