I just changed one 2 days ago

The bolts get torqued to 10lbs.

Remove your header first (remember to unplug that O2 sensor before dropping the header). Then remove (2) 17mm bolts on the tranny brackets. Then remove the (5) 12mm bolts, 3 of them are on the tranny brackets, the tranny brakets will then fall free, 2 of them are on the flywheel cover bottom. Next remove (2) 10mm bolts and the flywheel cover will fall off. Next drain the oil and remove all of the 10mm bolts and nuts that fasten the pan to the bottom of the block. Then remove the pan and old gasket, scrape where the gasket seals on the block to get rid of any left over liquid gasket. Then install the new gasket on the new pan and reinstall in reverse order. Torque the oil pan bolts to 10lbs of torque. Reinstall the flywheel cover and tranny brackets, then the header and remember to plug in the O2 sensor. Change oil filter, fill engine with oil and drive

i don't have my helms with me, but i think there is a torque sequence on the oil pan bolts. (work from the middle out)
