Default Changing Mileage on the Odometer

I bought a new gauge cluster off ebay but it has about 70k miles more than my car currently does. Is there any way to turn back the clock?

Highly illegal, just swap the odo pod. If you want less miles just drive your car backwards like in that one movie ferris bueller's day off
