CF strands...touch up clear coat?

CF strands...touch up clear coat?
my friends CF hood for his 02 Civic Si has little cf strands comming out of the top of the hood on the edge near the winshield whipers...is there such a think as clear coat touch up to cover that spot up?

any other ideas?? what happens if this area gets wet? its not a large area its farely small and it is not a crack

ummm... try taking a spray can of clear coat and spray it in a little cup and paint brush it on, its kinda ghetto but hey, worth a shot... as for the nail polish, i dunno, ive never had to use the stuff

Cover the hood around this area and spray it a few times...
