I wonder how much the fenders go for? I think the CF fenders would look better than all those fiberglass ones with Z3 gills.

How heavy are OEM fenders in the first place? How much weight will it save you? I think they look good but I doubt I can justify spending all that cash for them....I'm sure they're far from cheap....at fitment is another story.

I can't imagine anything looking worse than Z3 fenders. Besides the fact that it's a nightmare of a design, they all look like they've been laid up in someone's basement.

didnt mean to start a whole other thread for the cf fender thing, just thought it was funny that they did respond to my lame question and it took so long!

stock fenders are almost as light as cf fenders, so there is no great weight savings with cf fenders, perhaps a total of 3 pounds saved with the pair.
cf fenders are about $900 a pair, perhaps as low as $700 if you have a hookup.
cf fenders add the spicy goodness of cf weave in a place not many people can afford it, plus cf just looks hella SICK in sunlight.

add the above up and there is no way I would get the cf fenders... unless I won the lottery and was somehow forced into keeping my civic as my only car
I do wish they were available cheaply as an alternative to stock fenders though, because I need two civic hatch fenders and had wondered if they were still available in CF.... guess they are, but no thanks. I do like the look of a cf hood and cf fenders together, thats always been a favorite of mine

$900!!! Damn!!! I'd have to win the lottery to buy a pair of those and if I did win it, I would just get Benen to replace all my body panels with cf.

YUp that guy is right about the price cost of the CF fenders... I look up the CF like hoods, fenders, and more... SO I look up the price of the fender and each cost $400... I cant believe why it is so expensive and I believe it will break easily when you drive in the harzard road or the pothole... SO I found it on the internet of the silver hatchback with CF hood and fenders.. DANG I think it is vrazy..
