What are you laughing at, and where exactly is "here"?
If he managed to copy the link into this thread, there is obviously somewhere where the photo originated from (a Honda-Tech member, a website, etc.). The owner of the photograph would be a good person to ask about the cap.
By the way, that was certainly a helpful contribution you made to the thread.

The OP of the photo already declined to comment on what centercap that is, partially because he doesn't want anyone to know, and partially because he just bought the wheels like that, and did not do the modification himself.

Ah, thanks for the clarification.
In any event, they look like some sort of custom job. If you can find some plain caps (or even painted ones that you can strip and polish), it shouldn't be hard to have the logo decals made for them.

You could honestly source someone on ebay that does domed stickers for computer cases and see if they could custom make those. Give them colors and dimensions .... and ta-dah.

I used a company called Making it Digital for the caps on my GLI, and I was very happy with the results. I was able to specify exactly what I wanted, including the dimensions, colours, style, et cetera. They were quite inexpensive, and the service/shipping was prompt.

Background color, foreground color, style, size .... dome epoxy. Looks to be a good start.
