I have recently got my AC lines repaired and the blower motor replaced on my 98 cx. It hadn't worked at all so this was the first time it was actually working. When I picked it up from the shop the mechanic had told me that the only thing not working was the center vents. They didn't really let much air out. He went on to tell me he thinks it might be leaves blocking the air flow because when they had replaced my blower motor there was a bunch of dead leaves stuck in it. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what this could be before I take my whole dashboard out... Again... lol thanks for any help

i would look at the selector on the side of the heater box as to why it not going to the vents when selected
Re leaves almost impossible to get to the vents as they would be tiny to pass through the heater core and ac core then on to the vents

Im not familiar with this selector? Where exactly on the side is it. And how is it adjusted?

its not adjusted it either works or not ..could be jammed
put your head uder the dash near your pedals you should see it move as you select the diffrent vents through the dash control

I looked at it and it wasn't moving any when I changed vents. But I'm not sure what's causing it not too work
