Default Cell code 21

I just bypassed my vtec pressure switch by soldering wires a4 and d6 together to solve code 22 but now I am throwing code 21. Please help

do you have everything wired up corectly , i know sounds weird to ask but just check everything again cuz 21 is vtec solenoid

Yes i know what it is, everything is wired up it has oil the motor is warm i honestly dont have any idea what else it could be. My car just hates me

code 21 is VTEC spool solenoid valve i have this code, but i just ignore it.

it's sohc so it doesn't really hit. but yes i know it switches to vtec because my vtec controller has a green light that turns to red when my engine reaches vtec.
