cel stays on car wont start
just swapped a obd2 ls motor in my 96 civic ex but now it wont start it has fuel but no spark the check engine light stays on i replaced the 7.5 ecu fuse and the main relay what could it be

check your grounds make sure ther are tight especially the one from engine harness to thermostat and the one to the transmission also make sure your battery post are clean and clamps tight
