cel and sputtering ? help please

hey guys I have a 97 ek with a poorman type-r (gsr bottom,b16 head). And it has a sputtering problem! It idles fine but when you give it gas it sputters slightly. and iam also getting a cel( 9 CYP - cylinder sensor )
what can the problem be? any suggestions will help thanks!

You could give it a shot, if that doesnt work, you may try looking a the dizzy buton and rotor cap. (if this is where the problem is)
