Default CEL Question

CEL 14 (IACV) and 43 (Fuel Supply) could they be related? The oxygen sensor is bad and is ordered so that should take care of 43, however 14 is throwing me for a loop. It's a brand new IACV but I did the typical clean with brake clean, bleed the coolant system, and check the gasket. Any suggestions or insight?

It's about 6 months old, but instinct when having a bouncy idle and code 14 tells you to clean it
