CEL . . . maybe good for running a turbo . . .
ok, i have been throwing a CEL for about 6 months now, due to the lack of an o2 sensor. i have noticed a bit of black smoke on my rear bumper, causing me to beleive that i am running rich. what if i kept the sensor out when i put on my turbo kit to help aid in fuel delivery.(?) its been floating around my head for a while now, but i never asked anyone b4. does this sound like a good idea? thanks

Because it's unregulated. Just dumping as much fuel in as possible isn't "tuning", it's jerry rigging.
Just put the O2 back on and get some tuning equipment (Hondata/VAFC/etc.) so that you can control your fuel.

The main problem is the random amounts. You run extremely rich at idle and low throttle causing carbon buildup. Not to mention horrible gas mileage.
