Wouldnt be idle if its at 100 rpm, that means you just need to adjust the idle screw on the TB to raise it up. If the Idle air control valve were the problem, you would have the common problem with a loping idle. Since your idle sits (despite being low) fine, i doubt thats the issue.
As for the map sensor, is it the firewall mounted tpye or is it on the actualy TB itself?

Get the map sensor in its proper place and reset the ecu and go from there.
If when doing so your idle starts to lope, then your IACv must be replaced to.
For some odd reason, when your IACv isnt working, having the MAP off the TB will keep the idle still. I dont know how or why, BUT it is very bad for your motor, you can smell pure gasoline in ur exhaust, thats how rich it runs it.

yeah the map sensor was mounted on the TB but wat is the other sensor, theres a hose from the bck of the TB going by the air intake, towards the tranny mount, where it connects to its plug, the top where it says sensor its partially torn so i cant read it but its blueish light blue color? do you know what that is?
