Default CEL on Knock Sensor Help!

Hey I have a 98 civic ex with a D16y8 stock. The CEL came on and i did the paper clip thing to check the CEL and it came out to be number 23 which is the knock sensor. I was wondering Which way to go about fixing this problem. I read that the knock sensor can go off by excessive motor shake. When I take off in first gear normally the front of my car seems too shake real bad. I thought it was just because of my flywheel. My question is How do i go about to fix my problem with the shaking when i take off and how do I get to the Knock sensor since it is right under the IM.? Anyone else have this problem maybe u guys can help me out with this CEL problem.

To remove it you must jack the car up and put it on jackstands, and it's just above
the oil filter. I just used channel locks. good luck
