Default CEL Codes 7,14,and 16 Turbo D15

Before the torches even get grabbed off from their handles, I have done several extensive searches on this topic. My questions and concerns weren't seemed to be brought up in the fashion that seemed to logically explain my delima.

About 2 months ago I just started having the infamous bouncing idle problem, along with having an extremely high cold idle. From time to time, I would check vacuum hoses and connections to see what could be the culprit. Also during this time in the past two months I was not getting a CEL from my car. Not one time did a CEL pop up, until I went ahead and decided to try to get to the bottom of the idle problem.

I drained the coolant, and disconnected all the vacuum hoses corresponding with removing the intake manifold. I removed the intake manifold. After that I removed the throttle body, IACV, and FITV. After they all semed clean and in working order I put everything back together. It started up fine and was idling properly. I let it sit and idle for a couple mins and hopped inside to take it for a test drive. As soon as I pulled out of the driveway, I saw the yellow monster . The car immediately went into limp mode and did not correct or smooth itself out at all, so I pulled it back in the driveway and reinspected everything.

The vacuum hoses were put back in their proper places. The electrical connections seemed fine. No frayed or corroded wires, that could have snapped.

When I took apart the IACV and FITV, everything seemed fine and they are clean and seem to be working properly.

I am concerned about a very small hairline crack on the edge of the IACV.

If there is a vacuum leak that is causing the 7 and 14 CEL codes it has to be narrowed down to something else then the usual.
The throttle body gasket was perfect. And also the TPS sensor connections werent dirty or broken at the wires or the connections.

After putting everything back together twice, I start getting another CEL #16 Fuel Injectors????? What would cause that? They seem to be clean and that the wires should be fine.

Should I recheck these wires leading to the Injectors? They have Resistors wired inline because they are DSM 450's. They looked fine to me.

Hopefully this can spark someone's memory and I can get some suggestions on what to look for or inspect that I havent done already. This has been pissing me off all day yesterday and all night tonight. But, I am taking a short break right now consisting of the Foreman Grill and I to battle two slabs of beef with the help of some seasoning and a 40oz beer.

Thanks for any help I can get

I just got code 7 and code 16 to go away, however I now know that it is just a vacuum leak, but I have yet to figure out where it is. I unhooked my boost controller, and blow off valve and I'm just working around til I get to it. Car still in limp mode.

I'm beginning to think the IACV is just bad and needs to be replaced, this will probably be my next step.

When I took it out to test it again, it didn't respond to boost well. I'm guessing because of limp mode. The brakes felt strange. I'm guessing to look at the brake booster and the vac hoses around it. Testing that check valve can help determine if the booster is operating ok. I'm sure I'm missing something somewhere.

Someone give me a shout if they think of something.
