check the wiring (trace it all the way to the ECU looking for a short or somnething. and also check if its getting voltage at the ECU

Disregard my original comment. I see you have a 93 Del Sol.
Check the power wire for battery voltage and wires running between the O2 sensor and ECU for an open or short.

Re: CEL Code 41 :( GSR Sol
has anyone had problems with bosch o2 sensor's?
I re-wired the 02 to the ecu
1 black wire to A6
2 black wire to A23
3 green wire to D23
4 white wire to D14
I still have code 41 after I reset the ecu
is there any differance between the jdm p72 and usdm p72 *no they are the same*

Only three of the four O2 sensor wires should pin to the ECU. The heater power wire pins to the main relay where it gets battery voltage. Not sure but the black wire currently pinned to A23 may need to run to the main relay.

Re: CEL Code 41 :( GSR Sol
You need wiring diagrams for your car and ECU. One of the four O2 sensor wires does NOT pin to the ECU. Instead, it runs to the main relay. You currently have all four O2 sensor wires connected to the ECU. This is incorrect. Also verify that the other three O2 sensor wires are correctly pinned to the ECU.
The main relay wire that provides power to the O2 sensor heater element also branches to ECU A25.

Yes, the diagram for the OBD1 P72 ECU is the one you need.
In your earlier post, D23 should be D22.
The power wire from the main relay to the O2 sensor heater element and ECU A25 is a Yel/Blk wire.

Re: CEL Code 41 :( GSR Sol
I re-wired a New denso 02 to the ecu
1 black wire to A6
2 black wire to A25
3 blue signal wire to D23
4 white ground wire to D14
reset the ecu ran the car at idle for 20 mins still no luck the cel pops on with in 3-5 sec after it is started
I also found a good used oem honda o2 tried that and still getting this code
I even ran the car with NO o2 and only came back with code 41
the car runs fine has no hesitation runs a lil rich other then that its this freaking stupid yelllow light could the ecu be bad ? only other thing i can think of
anyone got a obd1 p72 for sale

Get the multimeter out. Do you measure battery voltage at the heater element power wire with the key in ON(II). Does the heater element ground wire have continuity?
You know that the power wire for the heater element does not actually pin directly to A25, right?
