check your shock tower harness where the wires for the 02 sensor go in... i accidentially bent one of the pins inside of the plug and it threw that code... check the wiring from the o2 sensor to the ecu and everything.... before replaceing your 02 bc they are expensive

i notice that when I get on the gas my temp gauge goes up and down. It doesnt go up more than half way so thats a good thing. Could that be connected to my cel problem too.

Code 41 is for the O2 heater - its inside the actual O2 sensor and helps to warm it up quicker as O2 sensors don't spit out a voltage until they reach 600*F.
You need a multimeter to measure the resistance of the heater element (between the two black wires) - should be 15-40 ohms.

My 97 DX coupe has the same CEL and Yes! I replaced 02 sensor twice and still comes back. I still get 35 mpg on it, hehe

Make sure the engine you swapped in actually has a heated o2 sensor. Check how many wires are coming out of it... if it only has one, you have a problem.
