CEL code 21
Hello folks,
Im having a problem with my resent swap. It holds a steady idle but once i drive the car around it stalls at a stop.
Its throwing code 21 which is vtec spool (and yes vtec is not working)
I will check the oil and wiring on the solonoid this week.
My question is, Is this why the car is stalling? this is the only code its throwing.
-1997 civic (0bd2)
-0bd1 d15b swap, obd2a harness, obd1 p28.
Help will be greatly appreciated

Re: CEL code 21 (ken-e)
i threw the same not, and my problem was that a wire to the ecu broke its weld and came loose....
at first i thought it was because my solenoid screen was dirty so i cleaned it out, but that didnt work so i started my wire chasin'...
good luck, because its its frustrating..
