CEL on and AC pump clicking on 2000 EM1 SI,, help please

CEL on and AC pump clicking on 2000 EM1 SI,, help please
ok so im about to buy this car and it has some problems with it. first problem is the CEL is on, here is what they said about that.

and here's what a guy suggested in the thread.

Test drive it and check whether the A/C works and also pull the codes yourself.
Also check whether the condenser fan works.
