Default CEL 67?

CEL 67: catylst efficiency system below threshold.

Should I be worrying about this.. I remember it was throwing this code a while ago and it shut off by itself but it came back tonight.

Thanks in advance,
-Kev

170,XXX, Well I know my cat has gone to ****.

Cylinder 2 and 4 were misfiring for quite sometime and thats why the cat is all messed up.

I'm just wondering is it bad to drive w/ a bad cat.
