Default cel 41 question

I have a gsr swapped civic with a p28 ecu. I recently put a new chip in with the stock gsr map. Once I did this I immidiatly got a code 41. Now my gas mielage went to crap and I looked at the o2 sensor and its a 3 wire with a wire nut in between connector and o2 sensor and the wire is white. my question is why would this come up now with a different chip? is it the wrong 02 or bad? and did my old chip had it disabled? but wouldnt that of meant my gas mielage would of still been as bad as it is now?

u mean u got a chipped p28 ecu, right? and if it is throwing code 41 that means your o2 sensor is bad.that happened to me once before and simply replace it with a new one and code will go away..but your o2 sensor is only 3 wires? normally it is 4 wires or 5..
