cel 30 on m/t car
hey any ideas lads!
im working on a friends 95 coupe.
he has swapped in a b16 engine and using a EDM p30 ecu.
I have ran the extra wires for vtec to work and its working fine.
only problem is the mil is on and giving me cel 30.
thing is cel 30 is for auto trans cars?
im stumped, the car was and still is manual and the ecu is from a manual car too!
any help would be great,
thanks lads!

You are sure it's not a code 3, MAP signal? If the ECU truly is a manual ECU, I'd say that is the code you really have. If so, check your MAP sensor wiring and make sure it's plugged into the right spot (TPS and MAP can interchange...)

Double check your jumper settings inside the ECU. Make sure that it's not configured to be an auto right now. If it is, change the jumpers.
