Could be caused because its dirty. Take it off and put some carb cleaner on it, reset ecu and try again

cleaned it three times
when using the stock ecu the cel comes on sporadicly but my idle is everywhere
when i pop my p28 in with ubers map, cel 14 comes on fast
i guess the iacv could be bad right?....but i have cleaned it
any other way to check it out?

probably the IACV is getting stuck or something, can u switch it out with a friend to make sure its that?

When u clean it, did u take compressed air and blow everything out? Do you have the "8" shaped gasket? Is there anything in the screen? Anything blocking it on the back of the intake manifold?
