Default CEL-10 on my GSR swap. Is the IAT neccesary?

I have the IAT sensor that plugs into the intake pipe and the GSR one on the throttle body hooked up. I'm still getting a CEL. Can I just leave it? or does it affect performance? Where can I get a new one? Thanks.
