Catylitic converter high idle help.
So I decided that today I needed to gut the comb out of my cat....
All goes well It boosted performance because I had way too much back pressure with my headers being bent almost flat and all... but when I came back the idle still didnt go down... not too big of a deal except for the bolt on the throttle body was all the way screwed in. So I took off the cold air and cleaned it out with intake throttle body cleaner and cleaned the air sensors on the intake/throttle body housing. Then the idle started jumping from 1000 rpm to 2500 rpm and back and fourth and wont stop. I seriously have cleaned every sensor and it never did this till I took out the comb fromt the cat. I am thinking I have the wrong intake for my engine or the throttle positioning sensor is gone... and I just did my timing a couple of days ago so I am stumped any good advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
