Default Catback Exhaust question

Hi Guys,

I have a 2000 civic sedan with stock motor and currently just have an axel back exhaust. I am looking into getting a nice catback system.

My questions is....if i get a catback system and come next spring i swap a motor in, will the catback system still be compatible? im thinking it should be but just wanna be sure.

Thanks

the part that will needed to be changed is the cat. it needs to be made to a correct length to secure the header to the cat-back
