Default Cat-Back Question

just wondering if i get a catback exhaust, would it be possible to install the exhaust without having to take it to a garage. or would it be recommended to goto one? thanks

take your skirt off and bolt up the 2 pipes.

is that all you ahve to do?
cause i was watchin hi-rev (dont ask, the project car is the same as mine, even same color) and they installed a cat-back and it looked like it takes two seconds. just making sure its not bullshit

No, it took me a couple hours the first time I installed a header, cat, and cat-back at the same time. An that was pretty much doing it by myself. It is a pretty straight forward install.

you're in ontario.. have fun with all that rust.. i'd still it do it myself tho.. i dont pay anyone to do anything.. on my car at least.. broke my hand last month and had to go to the dr... still grumbling about that... $1200 so far in bills and still going... grr

Yeah...taking your stock stuff apart can be hard, depending on the amount of corrosion. Some come off easy, others not. Some bolts only come out if they strip at the same time! So be prepared for that. After that, installing the new stuff is easy!

Yup..that little bend in the first pipe (before the B pipe) is what had me all messed up for like 2 days! Haha Im retarted!
