cat abck burning up valves
I talk to a mechanic i know. According to him getting a cat back will make the engine rune lean and burn up my echaust valves. He recomends gettin a fuel pressure regualtor and uppin the flue pressure by 5psi. Is this a know thing? BTW, hes a good friend of mine and not tryin to sell me anything.

no you do not need a fpr just a catback, adding 5 psi of fuel pressure will hurt your engine mare than help, your o2 sensor will make any corrections if any are needed

Haha, I would never trust that mechanic
A header makes you run slightly lean. Nothing to worry about though. Just get it, period. How can you even ask somebody about the effects of a catback in your car? welcome to 1950.
