Casper HID shield is it meant for PnP kits?

Casper HID shield is it meant for PnP kits?

I've been searching and everyone uses "HID kits" loosely (as in pnP and retrofit) so I was just wondering if this shield is meant of pnp kits? The reason I ask is because I was hoping to save myself the trouble of retrofitting (since we have to do modifications to the housing etc).

I dunno anyone car to chime in? Oh and will the pnp kits fit snuggly the way oem's do?
