Default cars jumpy at steady speed?

I have a 93 hatch with a b16a2 swap. When i warm the car up and then shut it off again, then when i restart the car when its still warm and drive it, at steady speed the car is jumpy. But if it cools all the way off its fine.
we tested the eacv and its fine. what else would make it do that? Thanks For the help....
