Carpet question.
Has anyone bought a carpet set from 1A Auto? I'm thinking of buying their carpet set for my 92 Hacth. Just wondering if anyone has bought it and what they thought of it. TIA

Re: Carpet question. (adirondackR)
Not to be rude, but I didn't know this was ACC carpets? It was my understanding that this was a totally different company. And yes, I did search and see that people didn't like ACC carpets and didn't see anything about this company. So I figured I would ask if anyone had used them.

Re: Carpet question. (blackcap)
Has anyone had any personal dealings with them.
They seem cool. I have email back and forth with someone from there a couple times, they said they would actually send out carpet samples to me so I can choose the exact one that would go with the rest of my interior. Their return policy is the same as ACC, as long as you don't cut the carpet you can return it for a placement.

I have Acc carpret in my car. It comes pre molded but you have to cut out the holes for your seat bolts and center console, your self. I have installed 2 of them, one in my 93 coupe and one in a 96 hb... Both were the same.. Nice quality though!!

That's the problem with molded carpet from ACC...they make ONE that will fit an entire decade of cars. What you end up with is a carpet that will FIT an entire decade of cars, but not a carpet that will fit any cars in that decade WELL.
I've seen 3-4 different brands of aftermarket molded carpet sets in person, none of them fit good.
If you can still buy OEM, I'd go that route...even if it is $300.
Or just get some custom installed by a nice shop, you'll be better off than aftermarket in the end.

I didn't think they still sold them. Or is it just some dealerships that still have them in stock?

I don't have the slightest clue if any dealer actually has them in stock, and I'm pretty sure Honda doesn't produce them any longer (just like everything else ).
I do know the list price is right around $300, so if you do find a place that has it in stock, that's about what you're going to pay.
