i need new carpet (grey or black) for my 94 civic hatch. i am wondering if the regular 2 door coupe carpet would work as well? just tring to get all models that are possable. this way it will be easier to find some carpet. about to post in classifieds for it...
also i need a new center coincil in mint shape w/ the cup holders... and maybe even the arm rest.

Coupe carpeting should work. I was looking into recarpeting mine, but I changed my mind once I saw the factory price on it. If you're looking for a console IM me.

This guy sells molded carpet on Ebay all the time. Buy it now is just $139. I don't know about the quality though. I guess you could check his feedback.

Re: carpet for a 2 door hatch... (supercompact)
There is a company in Alabama that makes replacement carpet for most cars. The make great carpet kits. Their ad is always in the car magazines and they had a booth at the Nopi show. I think that the company is ACC. Look it up.

I bought carpet from one of those EBay guys. Not sure if it is the same one but I had to cut all of the holes for shifter, seat brackets, etc. myself and I had to trim the sides to fit. Not worth it if you ask me but that is just my .02 cents.

I bought new carpet from honda for my coupe and then bought a hatch. I switched the carpet but the coupe carpet is a little bigger in the back where it goes unger the rear seats. Not real noticible though.

dude just leave the carpet out, less weight, looks very draggy.

what keeps the carpet down? i heard there are fasteners that are expensive to replace because you snap off so many when you yank the original carpet off. the carpet on my hatch looks awful...so i'm looking into a full carpet replacement during the spring.
i'm not that concerned about the potential extra weight, etc.. i'd rather have a car that's quiet and keeps me warm.

the rear seats hold it down as well as the little metal and plastic clips under the plastic pieces on the door sills...just put 2 self tapping screws in if u break themmm

ah.icic...
those plastic clips.. those aren't very sturdy huh.
i'll have to start looking into the carpet for the spring time. it looks like a worn out t-shirt that's gone through washing machine one too many times.

Get carpet from a 94-01 Integra. Bolts in and lines up perfectly. Dont need any modifications to make it work. and it is alot cheaper if you find it from the wrecking yards. I got mine for like 50 bucks.

woah..that's it?
i know this is a strange question, but i know that acura's have had much thicker carpeting then regular honda's... same rule apply in this case? (obviously not with an ITR) I'd like to have a little insulation..not that concerned about the weight.
