carbon fibre hoods
Hey i was wondering for those ppl who have a carbon fibre front hood..where do you mount your windshield fluid squirter???
cuz there are no holes on the hood.
do u guys mount em on the hood as in drill holes into it?
or do u do u guys just make modifications n put it else where?

If there are no holes now, just leave it that way. You don't really need the windshield squirters (please don't tell me you have the nozzle lights and that's why you're posting this). Don't go drilling either, you'll kick yourself for ruining your hood.

You could try fabricating one on the windshield cowl. Like between the window and the hood, where the windshield wipers hide out. But you'd still have trouble with aiming it i am sure.

my teg doesnt have squirters on the hood!!!! muahahahaha muahahahahaha muhahahahahahahahaha........................ sorry... im ok. you might want to try and use integra parts so you dont have to drill on your hood. i think it would look cleaner........

I would just leave them off. THe hood will look so clean w/o them IMO. I'm trying for a hood w/o them when I go to buy one

im getting a cf hood and if it doesnt have holes then im gonna do a jdm wiper swap. actually im just putting integra wipers on and hooking them up to the original system. itll look alot cleaner.

i thought some companies who make em already have holes for the windshield washer squirty things. I know VIS and Fiber Images DON'T.

Re: carbon fibre hoods (blu_si)
no i was just curious..
cuz i was like hmm, sucks if i need my window squirters
(no don't have those light up squirters)
hmm, they told me if i want i can drill hole on it..they said they have it kind of marked on the hood..hmm ya but it looks so much cleaner w/o em on da hood.
hmm...ya was gonna remount em near the hood..but ya i would have probs aiming.
hmm...so how hard is to change the wiper system to integra to have the windshield squirter?
