FYI, there is no such thing as an Si wing. All '99-'00 coupes have the same spoiler.

That might help you find one.

all 99-00 dont come with the same wing you have three options, no wing, med, than the taller one and it wouldent be consiterd a si wing because you could get them on 96-98s from the factory as well and don settle for a ebay knock off because they are accualy shorter than the real thing, to tell if its real it will have civic imprinted in to the under side

No, all '99-'00 COUPES have the same optional wing. The sedan wing is different and the hatch wing is of course different. The short coupe wing was for '96-'98 coupes. The taller wing did not come on '96-'98s from the factory. They're not even listed in the EPC. The knock offs can be the same height as the '99-'00 coupe wing too. I know because I had one that was.

All coupe and sedan wings were optional. None are standard equipment.

And yes, this lip kit exists. I have it. It was only for 1998 coupes.

Your friend's mom's HX was probably bought in the fall of 1998. That would be when 1999 models were coming to the dealerships, along with their optional parts. If the dealership had a car they couldn't sell, they might add something sportier to it to move it off the lot.

Trust me, I know what I'm talking about when it comes to Honda optional parts and accessories. Especially ones for 6th gens.

That's not off of a site. That's a program on my computer.

The full lip kit is discontinued. I bought the rear lip locally, the sideskirts (which are off of an Si - but the parts are visually the same) I got from NorCal a few years back and the front lip came from California too.

The rear lips you can find for sale occasionally (including on this site). Same goes for the sideskirts. The front lip is pretty hard to find. Mine is the only one I've ever seen in person, but I have collected a few reports of others throughout the country. I have a friend in Europe that has one too.

Oh, and though many of these sites list parts that are discontinued, when contacted the site will either never send you the product and refund you, or they will never send the product to you, refund the product and tell you that the part has been discontinued.

Op, sorry your thread has gone so far off track. I'll look for that spoiler, though I doubt anyone makes one. You might be able to buy one and have someone overlay carbon fiber on it. Then it'd be one of a kind and could still have the CIVIC logo on the bottom. Maybe you could even do it carbon fiber on top and paint it the body color on the bottom (this would look best in black imo).

damn that looks good wish i could find those im not a fan of knock offs buy if i had to i would resort to one to get that kit my bumpers bolth have faded paint lines on the bumper were it looks as of it had a lip kit b for i wonder if mine had the accesory kit on it and it had what i thoucht were si side skirts wich i figured was weird since it was owned by a old lady and im the second owner il have to look at my window sticker
