Post a pic of it. Where are they? Who made the hood? It depends on a lot of variables, but there are many ways to skin that cat.

Not much you can do if it's a major chip of material but if it doesn't buff out you can always try sanding it down and reshooting some clear, if it's in the material it will still show up but shouldn't be as bad if you at least buff it.
