Carbon Fiber Hood?
My CF hood is staring to really look a little shady. Startin to fade and get ruff to the touch. How would I go about saving it? I was thinkin about asking a paint/ body shop if they can just respray it with clear coat. Will that work?? Any other suggestions will be appreciated.

For best results youll need to sand off the clearcoat and re clear it. If they just spray over the existing clear coat it wont look as good.

i dont really know go to your local paint dealer and just tell them your issue they should help you out that's what i did and just find somebody with a paint gun or take it to a shop if you really have to but that's my best advice i dont really know what i bought all i know was it was like a reducer or some crap and the other was the actual clear but i got ppg **** cuz that's like oem quality i didnt even have to do more than one coat and no wet sanding after the first cuz it came out so good
