According to GearSpeed:

"Our synchros have a carbon coating versus your stock metal teeth. This allows for quicker shifting at high RPM's and reduces high RPM grinding that is common in B series transmissions. The Carbon coating acts as a braking material and stops the gear faster during shifts versus your standard synchro ring."

Assuming they were properly installed and you're using the proper transmission fluid, have you tried contacting the company about the problem?

get a new clutch or stop trying to shift like you're trying to set a record and that should fix your problem.

there is absoultely nothing wrong with my clutch. im using a action 2ms. 6 puck sprung.. also have used a tilton flow control valve.

and you can also STFU, you have no idea. im the SLOWEST shifter in the world of shifting, because i dont want to break ****. i sacrafice all boost between shifts just so i dont break anything. besides it doesnt matter how slow i shift. even if i waited like 5 seconds between shifting it still ******* grinds.

damn dude that sucks, i got carbon coated synchros from gear speed in my and i don't have a problem....did you try contacting them? if so what'd they say you figure $275 for synchros they'd warranty them or something....Jasper sent my friend 3 bad engines in a row for his 3000gt and after the 3rd one they paid him labor for having to redo it again.
