CARB legal ???
I see some guys saying that after they dump lots of money into add-ons that the new parts don't meet CARB requirments (CA). So my question is, what are some good legal parts ie headers, exhaust, intake... ? let me know thanks

being CARB legal just means that it passes smog requirements (no necessarily noise requirements for exhaust). any part with a "CARB EO" number is smog legal and will pass the visual inspection when you go get a smog check. A good example is DC Headers, they have a stamp welded on with the CARB # very visible.

on exhaust is almost every exhaust with the exceptions of some , as long as you do not take your cat out! and intake well like aem ,comptech .with the intake one of the major factor is that the air filter can not be expost .as far as header dc makes lots of them that there smog legal ,just make sure that they have stamp the carb #

whenever i have a choice , even it mean paying more ill opt for the smog legal mod..and when it comes time to service the car i take it to a shop that does smog also..and point out to them the most recent mod. and point out the CARB sticker..thus, when it comes time to smog everything is taken care of cept the sniffer..if the mechanic knows u, the car, the mods..ur more than halfway there
