Is this car worth the price?!

Is this car worth the price?!
I'm looking at buying a 1992 Honda Civic Si. I figured I would ask more experienced Honda people for some advice. I haven't gotten a lot of information from the guy but I've ran a Carfax on it and it shows up 100% clean title with 0 accidents reported. Like I said I haven't gotten a lot of information on the car but what I have got is that the car has a JDM H22A swap with 38k miles. Stage 3 clutch and lightweight flywheel. No a/c, no p/s, hot heat though. Car was recently painted blue basecoat/clearcoat. Has brand spanking new wheels and tires. Full exhaust, cold air intake, tow hooks blah blah...Looks to be a clean little car and well taken care of. Here are some pictures...Let me know what you think...He's asking $4,500.

Nope not worth more then 3.5K on a good day lol. here's what 4K buys you.... a clean 94 GS-R with no rust(in Canada even). engine pushes 240psi 1-4 cyl never rebuilt.

A bit pricey for it. As stated earlier, the work in the car cost less then asking price. I've seen a few clean si hatchbacks on CL here in fL go for around 2k-3k with 100-150k mileage. If you're not in a rush to buy one that is.
It's up to you.
It's up to you.
