hey fellow HT-ers. i went out of the country for a month. car was started 2 wks into the trip by my cousin, then he didnt drive it for another 2 wks, when he tried to start it back up, it wouldnt start. Here are the specs: 92 civic hb cx, ls/vtec motor. stock gsr head with itr cams, ls block with cp 81.5mm 9:1 pistons, eagle rods, precision sc3431e turbo, and all the other bolt ons. has a drag manifold. i tried to jump it and it didnt work, so thats not the problem. checked over the starter and that doesnt seem to be it. looked for loose connections under the hood and didnt see anything wrong. the radio, lights and all that work, it just won't crank. if you have any idea what could be wrong, or what you think i should look over, post something. thanks in advance.

checked fuses... looked over it several times. cant figure it out
