Default car wont start/hellp

I HAVE A 1993 HONDA CIVIC EX , WONT START,,,,, BATTERY IS OK, STARTER HAVE 12 V /// HOW CAN I FIX THIS PROBLEM????

a main relay could be the problem!

wow ive never heard of this, if my car wouldnt start i wouldnt even think to try it, but it definitely sounds like something in the ignition, quite possibly a relay.

try jumping the clutch safety switch... its at the top of the clutch pedal look for a yellow harness... jump the harness with a paper clip and it should kick out the starter when you turn the key.

Yes try bypass the clutch safety switch...thats only of the car doesn't even crank with the key...if it does crank and does not start, then its a diff. problem.

If the clutch switch and relay check out as fine, then your ignition switch at position ON (III) may be bad.
