Its a 97 civic ex coupe, getting spark, getting fuel, but will not start. I check the codes and got nothing but a solid engine light, I do hear a buzzing sound coming from the iavc, so unplugged and ecu gave a code 14. Plugged back in and clear the ecu. When I set tdc on the head I aligned cam gear markings level with the head and not the offset marks on the backing cover. I'm not sure what to do next. Wiring harness was labeled. So that's not it, and I'm going to do a compression test when I get home tonight

check if you plugged your spark plug wires correctly.. i made that mistake once and it didnt start.. honest noob mistake lol
